MegaPhase designs and manufactures cable assemblies and components for the aerospace, military, telecom, and other industries. They came to us when they needed an updated website to reflect their recently-refreshed brand and showcase their products in an easy-to-navigate way.
We developed a new website using WordPress, including a custom-built RMA management system and eCommerce store featuring some of their most popular products. Later, we configured and added a LiveChat service to the site, significantly increasing the number of quote requests and further improving user experience.
The website KPIs also tell the story. Over a two-year period, we improved pages per session by 21%, reduced bounce rate by 27%, and increased average session duration by over 82%. As of Spring 2021, we are the agency of record—and moving forward with further refinements to the website including more visually impactful landing pages, video content, 3D product animation, and an online training and certification system.
